gtx6970 Too Many Posts Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 21,448 It's a dry heat	afaik, 1970 = NO crumple zone and 5/16" hood hinge to hood bolts 1971 = WITH crumple zone and 3/8" hood hinge to hood bolts 1971 front hood moulding thing is to easily modified or added later on in life to be a determining factor
