so any other input I have been told that 69-70 hp 440 balanced the same from my local repair mopar guy. which is diff. from what I am being told here????



Your local guy is wrong , 70 440 NON HP is balanced the same as the 69which is INTERNAL , 70 440 HP and 6pk are EXTERNAL BALANCED , if your 143 tooth flywheel is neutral balanced it WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY ... again ASSUMING that the 70 motor you have is FACTORY ORIGINAL STILL.
