Not really a "winter" project, more like "all seasons"..lol should be done any day now.
I think this one may qualify for a generational project
No guys, THIS is a "generational" project. I started on this Daytona S/G ride in 1992, while still racing my 'cuda every week. I quit racing in 1995, quit working on the Daytona, parked the 'cuda and locked the shop. Fast foreward to 2007, I had gotten divorced, remarried, sold my house, quit my job of 29 years, moved 300 miles east, bought another house, quit another 50K+ job, and was lured back to the company I had previously worked for. During this "down" time, I had managed to hang onto (or bought back in some cases) most all of my racing stuff. My new wife encouraged to get back to racing, and I had a choice to finnish the Daytona or update my 'cuda. Don't know when the Daytona will work it's way to the top of the pile . MS round tube chassis, Strange strut front, 4-link rear, all fiberglass body, set up for RB & 727. One of these days... Brian Dunnigan
