I cheated when I did mine.

Freeze the bushing. Clean the hole in the crank and make sure it's got a chamfer. Once it's prepped, hang a balancer puller off the crank. Slide the frozen bushing between the crank and puller. Use a plate between the ram and bushing. Crank away but do it before the bushing thaws out.
