Steer away from the projected type plugs , these will have a 'p' in the part # , i use BCR8ES on alu heads , iron heads will be a different part number , maybe get a couple of sets (BCR7ES/BCR8ES) , 125/150 hit should be fine using the -7s , not sure if part numbers are different in United States , had issues with this before.
