The shifter mount is a three bolt triangle pattern. I have a 4 spd shifter that mounts the same way, except mine has two finger levers to pull up on for reverse. So with that in mind , I'm guessing Its from a 1966 fwd p/u although the tranny seems to be 73 vintage ?????????
