Final wet sand with 400 grit, seal with Dupont Velvaseal, let it haze over, then lay down the basecoat. If you're going to buff the clear later, which is recommended, cover with at least three coats of clear. I like to let the clear dry for two days, block wet sand with 2000 grit and buff. Use a hand held spray bottle with water and dawn dishwashing liquid for wet sanding, keeps the paper from sticking.
