I use the Holley SD now and it seems to work good for this mild combo. See if you can borrow an MP M1 to test, too. Although the Victor might make a few more HP than either the SD or the M1, the others probably keep the torque curve up better below the peak and help a heavy car w/ limited stall speed off the line. BTW, I've run both a modified M1 and a Victor on my car and have no idea what people are talking about when they say the Victor is a "light switch" at low rpm. The car ran virtually the same w/ either intake and street manners weren't any different from my perspective. Both intakes responded well to using carb spacers, too, if you have the hood clearance.
