Total crock .Kinda like the myth that if they get too cold they wont hook as well anymore.Im 60 footing almost a tenth faster than last year with mine(low 1.6 last year and low 1.5's now on 8 inch wide M/T's).They spent the winter in the elements in my driveway and a few days it dropped into the single digits and had ice and snow on them lots.They are rubber tires for gosh sakes not wives.Next people will be saying that you should give them a hug and a kiss before you mount them .Just mount them and go racing ...
