I'd go with a Holley. The double pumpers can be a bit much for regular street use, but that hasn't stopped me from using one. My 440 makes about the same power that you're making and I have an 850 cfm double pumper. If you take this route you may have to jet the carb down a bit from the stock 80/80 jetting.
