You have to look at the API service rating. If the oil has an SM or CJ-4 rating the zinc content has been reduced to approx 800 ppm. If doesn't matter the brand the API rating mandates the level of zinc allowed and it's monitored by the government.

The older API ratings SJ, SL or CI-4 are the oils you want to look for.
