Do a search on the ZDDP posts here and you will find lots of info. ALso, yes the valvoline RACE oils 10-30 and 20-50 have it.

The diesel oils are a good choice.
Shell Rotella 15w40
Chevron Delo 15w40
The above are available in CJ-4 formulation.
Even better is CI-4 formulations such as Chevron Delo 10w-30.
Its alll a bit of a krap-shoot because the zinc level can be decreased at any time without any requirement that the CJ-4 be rolled over to "CK"
But diesel engines have a greater need for a 'decent level' of zinc than modern roller cammed auto engines so they are a viable choice. You could certainly do worse!
A zinc additive like ZDDPlus would be great, even STP RED helps.

You have to look at the API service rating. If the oil has an SM or CJ-4 rating the zinc content has been reduced to approx 800 ppm. If doesn't matter the brand the API rating mandates the level of zinc allowed and it's monitored by the government.
The older API ratings SJ, SL or CI-4 are the oils you want to look for.

look in the yellow pages and find out who is the local SHELL distributor. Ask them if they have/can get Rotella CI-4
in the 5 gallon pales. Probably can get you all you want. I picked up 5 !

Amsoil has a few that retain a very high zinc content. Their descriptions usually mention "older vehicles" or "pre-2007".
Their Series 3000 5w-30 HDD diesel oil has something like 1200-1300ppm of zinc, last time I checked. I'm out of town and can't double-check my records at home.

Other oils with a decent amount of zinc are the 5W40 synthetic oils such as Shell Rotella, Valvoline Extreme Blue, Chevron Delo 400, or a heavier synthetic such as 15W50 Mobil 1 EP.

Also, AMSOIL is the Official Motor Oil of the 2007 & 2008 AMSOIL/MOPAR MUSCLE ENGINE CHALLENGE as seen in Mopar Muscle Magazine. In the this engine challenge, engine entries are filled to capacity with AMSOIL #AMO 10W-40 Motor Oil. A lot of the entries utilize flat tappet camshafts to keep costs down. All the engines have to be able to reach a maximum RPM of 7000 RPMs, and do it six times during the challenge. After the challenge, the engines are torn down to make sure that the contestants used approved parts in their builds. Other notes are made such as how the engine bearings look. In all, they look brand new. In my opinion, the is a great testimony to not only awesome engine building, but also how well AMSOIL Motor Oil stands up in extreme conditions in high horsepower engines.

Actually there are several CJ-4 oils with more than that. The last time I looked into it (and changed my oil, couple months ago) I used Delo 400 which has about 1300 PPM. Rotella has about 1200 PPM. Both are the new formulation CJ-4 and are available anywhere including Walmart in a 1 gallon jug.
I also used 1 quart "stp oil stabilizer" which when mixed with 4 quarts of Delo, brought the zinc PPM up about 80 PPM for the whole 5 quarts, if I remember right.

I just switched to Joe Gibb Hotrod oil. The diesels oils are giving me too much oil pressure (40 psi hot idle, almost 80psi at 2000rpm hot). If the cam falls out, I'll let you know
