Which component would fail first? I am guessing the pistons. Can you get a better piston? If you can what will fail next? I would guess the rods. Can you get a better rod?.....Do you see how this is going? The 5.7L diesel that GM used in the late 70's early 80's used a tremendously beefed up version of the 350 Olds gas engine. Even with that they had durability problems. I'm one to never say never but I don't see a happy ending with this project. "We live in a time when intelligent people are being silenced so that stupid people won't be offended".
