RUNCHARGER I Live Here R Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 15,976 Chilliwack B.C. Canada	I agree with changing it after cam breakin and then very soon after (like about 100 miles). After that the chance of any metal in the oil is very slight unless there is a problem that showed itself in the first two oil changes. Sheldon
