About 20 minutes after start up then again at 100 miles, but thats just me

I change oil and filter as soon as the 30 minute cam break in is done.

I agree with changing it after cam breakin and then very soon after (like about 100 miles). After that the chance of any metal in the oil is very slight unless there is a problem that showed itself in the first two oil changes.

After break-in and cool down, I like to drive it about 20 miles while varying the load on the engine, and occasionally engine braking (high vacuum) to pull oil on the cylinders to wash them down. Then I change the oil and filter, and cut open the old filter.
