RTE is rebranding itself as Dash Worx. They have been great to work with.
The aftermarket needles are the easiest but are not a great match.
I fixed my speedometer needle by cementing a small diameter wire into the v shape fold of the needle splicing it together and then repainting it. The mend was no longer visible. I used Testors paint, USCG orange.
