Thank you for all the responses.

Today I purchased a 2001 Northland Grizzly
9 ft-11 inch cab over with electric jacks,
A/C and wet bath.

The electric jacks and wet bath were a must have.

I think you'll like that camper. We had our Northland 5 years with no problems worse than a loose wire for one of the jacks. We got all but 500 bucks back when we moved up to our Arctic Fox. They're a good bang for the buck and have pretty nice fit and finish inside.

As for the electric jacks, they aren't all that much more these days than manual and they bring all of that back at resale. Almost NOBODY wants to hand crank these days so they're all looking for electrics. I use mine to stabilize and level mine almost every time I park for the night.
