NO!!! We bought a brand new Fleetwood. After a few months the frame cracked. They shipped it back to the factory to fix it. Got it back, and a couple months later the frame cracked again.

They finally bought it back from us, but they prorated it for the time we had it. Nevermind that part of that time it wasn't even useable..

After that I would never buy any kind of Fleetwood product. Not a fifth wheel, taga long, or a manufactured home. They have no ethics.

We replaced the Fleetwood with a Lance. 5 years and not a single problem. Well constructed, good feature set. Can't beat it.
