"In general," I agree, but I would just note: (1) 69 383 Barracudas used a "Super Commando 383" pie plate; (2) only 69 big block A's got a high performance cam; 67-68 used the standard 383 4/2-barrel cam. If anyone disagrees, they are wrong.
