You need to look around more. Commando 383, Super Commando 383, Road Runner 383, and 383 Four Barrel are just some of the available pie pans.

To answer the original post, I'd say generally Commando 383 would be a 4-barrel, Super Commando 383 would be 4-barrel with HP cam. That's an oversimplification, though. I'm not sure exactly what was used in 67, but no 1967 383 would have had a high-performance cam (all 67 383 2 and 4-barrel engines used the same cam).
