You can remove the steering wheel to gain acces to the ignition switch.

You will need a small punch, or stiff wire to push the locking pin in to slide the ignition switch out.

You could then change the ignition switch, or if you are parting this, or dont plan on having it stolen you can remove the small metal plate off the ignition switch and drop out all the pins and springs... now any mopar key will start it.
