I'm going to make my own. either log style, or I will mill the stock manifold,and see what I come up with.

The blower set up I showed in my post was from a website where a guy was looking to recast blower manifolds for Desotos, but he didn't list what engine or what blower. I'm thinking that lung looks a little bigger than my little 471, though.
