It looks like the Wayne County Speed Shop Vette driven by Dave Hutchens or Albert Clark.
The Coonce & Clark looked similar. This is the Reher-Morrison/Lee Sheppard later Tony Christian driven world beater modified eliminator car. This photo it was a 5 speed bracket car.
