You can get Hok Burple in a Kandy (UK-13), Kandy Basecoat(KBC-13) or just in a basecoat(SG-109). Find a Hok chip book and see what the different color bases look like for under the true Kandy. Also the KBC is a basecoat that resembles a Kandy, which would be easier to spray. But then the regular basecoat would be even easier. Kandies can be hard to spray and I would recommend a professional that specializes in Kandies to spray it. I spray Kandies on motorcycles but I would be real hesistant to try it on a car. BTW that is a sweet color. Looking at it in the chip book now.
