Pro's:

- last longer
- easier to clean, wax, etc.
- looks very clean

Cons's:

- not correct
- more work/more expensive to have done
- texture/gloss is incorrect
- repairs are more complicated and expensive
- painted stripes sometimes "get lost" in the reflection of light of the panel compared to traditional vinyl stripes and decals.
