Yes, it is a solid cam. The Holley was not referred to with CFM numbers but the throttle bores are all 1-11/16".

The TSB also lays out what it would take to install 392 hemi valves in the 273 heads. There were also a couple of articles on hopping up the 273 that I have from around 66.

The D/Dart that Hot Rod tested ran a 14.22 (as I recall, but it was about this) with Charlie Allen at the wheel. They had done no tuning at all, just as delivered. Dick Landy built an impressive 235hp/auto Dart for another article.
