Hesitations are ususally caused by too air not too much fuel. If your timing is good, then try a larger squirter. What squirter cam are you using? Pink in the first hole? Another trick to isolate the problem is the unhook the arm to the secondary throttle blades. This will in effect, eliminate the secondary side of the carb. Try a full pedal launch and see if it bogs. If it still does, then the problem is in the front of the carb. If it doesn't bog, then the problem is in the secondary side.
