Yep, a 9" wheel will be fine for either of those sizes. The larger size shows (for a Pirelli P Zero at least) as to suit a wheel width of 9" - 10.5", and the 275 will be great as well, I have used that size on 9's (and 10's) a bunch of times in the past.

As mentioned, the non-hub centric wheels just center off the lug nuts, no problem there...all the 2 piece wheels we use at least are the same way and have no issues at all.

I can't see a caliper issue either. Feets had the issue because of the very large body of the AMG caliper combined with the shape of the spoke he wanted in the Smoothie II.

I have a flat spoked wheel going on my Torana for instance that where made from the begining to go on road race cars with large caliper so does not need the deeper mounting pad like Feet's.
But with "normal" sized calipers it's not really an issue in most cases.
