If it wasn't dangerous it wouldn't be as fun. Due to gearing, mine tops out at 105ish. You gotta give up some more details about that car. 140 is getting quick!

At some point your going to have to seal up parts of the grill and work on aerodynamics. I doesn't matter what you do to the suspension if the front tires are off the ground.
