All troubleshooting guides talks about when you ARE NOT able to crank engine even with fastened seatbelts, but no one talks about what is wrong if I'm able to crank the engine with unfastened seatbelts. what could it be wrong ? With a Charger born in Chrysler assembly plant in Valencia, Venezuela
