Thanks for the replies. I bought a nos direct connection rejet plate kit for my carbs the part number was P3690793 and installed it already. It really woke the engine up. The stock plate hole size is like .030 ? These were .053 You could see the size difference. Night and day in the performance of my engine.

I am interested in the promax plates, so I am still wondering flow wise what size jets would be too much for the size of the air horn. I don't have the right terminology but I guess it like saying if you run a 650 and jet it too much, then you are better off with an 850 for flow rates.
