Thanks for the reply - There is no fender tag...only the codes above that the previous owner was quoting over the phone and wrote down for me by hand - He said he think this is right, but for sure until he finds it. He said when he finds the tag, he will call me and he doesn't appear to be a crook. He's had the car for over 20 years in his yard and it didn't suddenly pop up over night.
