Honestly, that is the only solution. Measure actual NET lift with as-assembled loads and clearences. C/B varied from 1.137-1.116" on this set WITHOUT the 3rd spring. So, as you calculated 1.14"+.060"+NET=min. seat height. Don't forget your valvepocket clearences.
