Is the relay clicking the horn relay? If so are you still using or wanting the horn to work? If not remove rthe relay, the wire from the horn button provides ground to the horn relay, not battery to the relay. It's probally grounded somewhere now making the relay activate As far as not charging are you referring to a amp meter reading now or are you using a volt meter to see if the volts go up at the battery when the car is running now?
