Any trans from a late 80's-mid 90's 3.3 or 3.8 will work. The 3.0 was the only V6 to have the 3sp auto available, and the 3.0's bell housing pattern was different. So while a 3.3 and 3.8 will swap transmissions with each other, a 3.0 will not swap with a 3.3/3.8 trans. 3.3/3.8 never had the 3sp available, only the 604 4sp auto o/d.

Go to the junk yard and look for mid 90's minivans with a 3.3, they are not hard to find, though around here they are a little less common than the 3.0 minivans. Lots of the early 90's new yorkers and dynasty's have the 3.3 as well.
