Yes for 86 chrysler changed the flexplate/flywheel situation and some other small things and there's no way to get the 85 and earlier to interchange with the 86+.

3.0's did not get the 413, only the 4 bangers. The 3.0's got the A604 4speed overdrive auto or the A670 3sp auto. The A670 was basically the turbo version of the A413(which got more clutches than it's non-turbo variant) but with a 3.0 v6 bellhousing pattern. I have seen the minivans with the 3.0/3sp, but every 3.0 car that I've ever looked closely at has had the 604.
The 604 and 670 came out later on so they are basically interchangeable with which ever you can find from the late 80's/early-mid 90's if memory serves.
