The 360 to 340 stroker can be done inexpensively and yeald 372 (+.030) to 378 (+.060).
The crank likely needs turning anyways and add about $100 to have Crank turned down to 340 size total job will be 250 to 300 turned and polished.
Pistons are shelf for many manufactures so no more than a proper rebuild for either 260 or 340!!!

That said true stroker kits with or without H beam rods fully balanced come in at not much more than buying everything seperate and have a 360 crank cut down!!
