Most Stock class racers use a 10" wheel with 9" slicks with a stock spring location. But its's all very close and you have to watch backspacing as well as varying tire section widths of each tire you consider because they can vary despite a common tread width.

I have 10" Holeshot Wheels with 9" Hoosier slicks on my car, but also have the springs moved in 3/4" because IHRA allows it.

Offset to the inside appears to be 4 7/8". From the mounting surface to the inner rim lip. Not sure if you might have to consider 3 7/8" with springs in the stock location.

Holeshot normally makes wheels in 1" increment offsets (i.e.: 3 7/8", 4 7/8", 5 7/8", etc.) But they can fine-tune those measurements, if those might be an option.
