If oyu are going to run 9's and incure the expenses that go with it I suggest making the car capable of running well into the 9's. Hardley worht the money and time to have a car running 9.90's in good conditions to put up with all the added costs. If I had a car that was running right at the number I woudl find a way to maek it run 10.0's for sure, with the occasional 9 second blast maybe..
