Buy the guage and check every bolt for how much torque it takes to make them stretch to a certain length, say .0057 or close. I bought a set of Oliver steel billet rods several years ago for a blown gas street hemi motor and found that there was as much as twenty lbs of torque difference to reach the same length on the bolts in those very expensive rods I called Oliver and was told that was not uncommon on the bolts they used, they like to use a different method on tightening thier bolts
