I am not sure I can give you the definitive answer. However from what I have read,seen, and experienced ANY engine can be turbocharged. The limiting factor comes down to detonation. That as I'm sure you know is related to compression, fuel and many other factors unrelated to turbo's. I would think a Hemi would really respond well to turbocharging with its efficient ports. The boost limit will again be determined by the detonation threshhold, but I have to believe with a well done system you would make serious power. Sounds like fun, good luck.
