4 gaskets per valley pan, but most are too thick. I sell ones that are .015 thick so they don't affect intake height. $29.95 + $9.00 shipping for 5 sets (=20 gaskets). Some guys don't run 'em, but some of us do. I don't like silicones or Form-A-Gasket anywhere near gasoline or an intake port.
