I'd clean each & every terminal/connection & do 440sixpack's voltage drop tests(esp on the bulkhead/ign sw & blue sense wire circuit) to see if there's a problem. The "blue" constant voltage reg might be a solution and with our alt's having chronic low rpm output's it may not be (totally) fixable without going to a high dollar unit.
