Advancing the cam two degrees is suppose to increase the botom end and take a little away from the top end power. I would probally advance it more like 3 or 4 degrees, that would be more nticeable at the track or on a engine or chassis dyno. I have changed the cam timing on motors at the track and on a engine dnyo, none of them liked the cam retarded or even straight up Three to five degrees advanved seem to get the best results as far as HP and torque. On a stick car you can sometimes go faster killing bottom end so it deosn't spin as bad,automatic cars are different animals
