It is primarily a street car that sees 4 or 5 trips to the strip a year. I'm leaning towards a new set of 1-3/4" for a few of reasons. A) going to be using a Proform bodied 750 Holley (825 cfm) to keep it nice & tunable for street use (and I already have it), 1-3/4" headers may lend themselves to this carb (???). B) cost. Summits headers have a 5/16" flange, and are easy on the wallet. C) Rons Red 63 goes faster than my goal with less motor, and uses 1-3/4" headers.

I know the larger tubes will make more power up top, but truth is, I sorta don't want the car to go faster than 11.50, because I don't want to have to put a roll-bar in it. (although I'm no different than all you guys, too fast wouldn't be the worst problem I've had!)
