i believe that the engine limiters are an incredible way to harness a few extra HP...when speaking to a friend of mine who has a 3500lb cornett with a 954hp(870lb tq) 604ci B-1 motor and it only runs 9.40's..he has engine plate and stock trans mount..he saw the way i installed the 3/8 motor plate, Mid plate, and a solid trans mount,i told him that i was going to use at least 1 engine limiter and he couldnt understand why..when he started his car you could see it moving slightly in the engine bay.. i told him thats why the solid mounts everywhere.. to control ALL of the movement and harness it into HP..every little bit counts..Right??? the motor is not only torquing clockwise but trying to turn sideways in the engine bay and a .090 midplate is not very stong in that application.. the limiters will strength it all... going to pick up my car from the Chassis shop today and finish everything up.. one being the limiters now that the headers are built and in...good luck...
