Well I'll tell ya...I NEED some luck as of lately.
Everything I touch either breaks, screws up or flat out don't work!!
I decided to go back out to the shop tonite just to peruse the situation a little more and found something else I don't like.....
#3 cam bearing seems to have worked it's way about 1/4" forward in the bore, and rotated about 180* so the oil hole is basically at the top of the bore. I know that can't be right as all the other bearings have the holes lined up at the bottoms. What in the hell woulda caused that?
Looks like the whole things coming out now!!
And I wanted to go fishing.....

Don't worry...I'll get this thing back together in time for Pinks. That's a promise I'm keeping.
