Ive bought a lot of good cars from not so good people........ one just needs to go in person and spend a couple hours on the car.

Id not care if SATAN was on the title and he was sitting there. If I can spend a couple hours going over a car in person it does not matter if the seller is SATAN or the POPE.

It does look like a unique car that many would do good with.

My point of the above is simple.... ive gotten the good cars ive bought from sketchy sellers because I did not WAIT to act.....

Tell your friend to beat feet and go look at the car or pay a smart mopar guy to go do it sooner then later.

Someone will end up with a really different cool car.
