Heckuva car - I say you're doing the right thing there. I still have a couple NHOA decals from back in the day - guess that deal folded up. Judging by the gas pedal, looks like carb linkage is disconnected ?
linkage all hooked up. I think it's the camera angle.
the bottom of the pedal is bolted to the floor, and the top pushes on a roller wheel. i agree the linkage is hooked up, but the camera angle could make it look like it wasn't.
