From '94 through 2000 in NorCal, it was about an hour to either of 2 tracks, Sac or Sears Point. Usually 1.5 hours from my current place to Spokane, if traffic is decent. But towing through Spokane kinda sucks. I'm in the middle of relocating to about 20-30 minutes from Firebird (Boise area).
